4. Order Placement & WhatsApp Ordering Channel

An order is deemed accepted only when our representative confirms availability, packing dispatch, and shipping information with you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in instances of inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, or unserviceable delivery locations.

5. Payments & Transaction Security

We accept payments via genuine UPI platforms (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible serviceable locations, and Direct Bank Transfer. We do not store or process sensitive credit/debit card numbers directly on this website.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are dispatched from our central facility in Agra, Uttar Pradesh within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Estimated transit times range between 2 to 7 business days across India depending on destination pin code. Full details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Size Exchanges
